Error:Error retrieving parent for item: No resource found that matches the given name '@android:style/Widget.WebTextView'

I have got source code of an .apk file and imported that code in Android studio. When i build project, it shows error

Error:Error retrieving parent for item: No resource found that matches the given name '@android:style/Widget.WebTextView'. I have seen all the questions related to such problems on Stack Overflow and whatever i can do, i did. I installed supported library and repositories, change my build version to 11, add the dependency " com.android.support:appcompat-v7:18.0.+. I am still getting this error. Any one can help me ?
