Put RadiobuttonGroup into GridLayout, it is possible? Android

I'm starting in android. I'm using gridlayout (with 3 colums and 3 rows) to accommodate radiobuttons and checkboxes. My problem is with RadioButtonGroup, when I add this to my gridlayout, all radios placed in a cell, and I want to respect the order, each radio in each cell. With the checkbox I dont have problem, the problem is when I added each radio to my radiogroup, and then this is added to gridlayout.

Is correct the way that I'm using? Can I use other layout like a grid? I need advice, please help me, thanks.
