Redirect volume buttons and control as mouse pointers

My android mobile touch screen is not responding ( lucky it has OTG ). Is there any way to ENABLE the mouse pointer ALL THE TIME on the screen and use the volume controls as mouse pointer movements. So that i can use it for few operations like calls reading messages.

I want to use my menu button as left mouse click. And camera button to shift volume key movements.

(one click of camera button volume up -> move mouse cursor up volume down -> move mouse cursor down

another click of camera button volume up -> move mouse left volume down -> move mouse right)

Is it possible. If possible please guide me how to make it. I can do linux programming but android is very new to me i installed android sdk and Eclipse and trying with tutorials.
