Settings Buttons Material Style

I'm looking for it all day, and haven't found nothing.. I'm trying to make an initial screen for my app like the layout of the settings menu: buttons with that same height and width that cover the screen side to side (http://ift.tt/1DQUkJI).

My actual code:
