Android App XMl

I am going to develop a fashion app in which user can dress up their models in their own style. They can select different hair styles, different Makeup, different shoes and etc.

I there any way to build a UI for that, so that if I pick a dress only dress of model update and remaining things like hair style, makeup, shoes and etc will remain same.
