Tag fragment list in android,

I have a plan to make a To-Do app. I intend to make the UI like Chrome. My idea is that each tag is a fragment. They were handled in a group fragment holder. It can be scrollable and clickable. It also shows the header and the body. Does any one have any suggestion? Thank you for your reading.
